Now that Christmas is over I can post pictures of some of the gifts I made for Christmas. Here are a couple of little flower faeries, all made with naturally dyed wool. I also made a Japanese indigo little being but forgot to take her picture.

I'm having great fun this year making my Christmas cards from paper I dyed with autumn leaves. I especially love having cards for family and friends in Australia and England dyed with leaves grown in my garden or a friend's here on the Sunshine Coast. The layering of paper with plant material works well for cards as the undersides of the leaves give a dark pattern for the front and the topsides a paler pattern (open card on far right) which can be written over.
